At RNG Custom Crafts, we specialize in creating unique, high-quality custom woodworking items, including trims, signs, and other personalized products. Due to the bespoke nature of our work, each item is crafted specifically for you based on your specifications and approvals. Therefore, our return and refund policy is tailored to reflect this customization.

All Custom Orders Are Final Sale

All sales of custom-made woodworking items are final. We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for custom products once an order has been placed and production has begun. This policy is in accordance with Canadian consumer protection laws, which do not mandate returns for non-defective goods, especially those that are custom-made .
We encourage our customers to carefully review all design proofs, specifications, and order details before approving them for production. Your approval signifies your agreement with the design and understanding of our final sale policy.

Exceptions: Damaged or Defective Items

While all custom orders are final sale, your satisfaction is paramount. In the rare event that your item arrives damaged during shipping or is found to be defective upon receipt, RNG Custom Crafts will work with you to resolve the issue. This is the only exception to our final sale policy.

Reporting Damaged or Defective Items

If your item is damaged or defective, you must notify RNG Custom Crafts within 48 hours of delivery. To report an issue, please follow these steps:

2.Provide Details: Clearly describe the damage or defect.
3.Include Photographic Evidence: Attach clear photographs or videos that show the damage to the item and, if applicable, the packaging. This is crucial for us to assess the issue and file a claim with the shipping carrier if necessary.
Upon receiving your notification and evidence, RNG Custom Crafts will review the claim and determine the appropriate course of action, which may include repair, replacement, or a store credit, at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to deny claims that do not meet these requirements or are reported outside the specified timeframe.

Cancellations

Due to the immediate start of the customization process, orders for custom woodworking items cannot be cancelled once production has commenced. If you wish to cancel an order, you must do so within 24 hours of placing the order and before design approval or production begins, whichever comes first. Natural Variations in Wood

Wood is a natural material, and as such, each piece possesses unique characteristics, including variations in grain patterns, knots, color, and texture. These natural variations are not considered defects but rather inherent qualities that add to the beauty and individuality of your custom woodworking item. We do not accept claims for returns or refunds based on these natural characteristics.

Shipping and Delivery

RNG Custom Crafts is not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery once the item has been dispatched to the shipping carrier. We will provide tracking information for all orders, and any issues related to transit should be directed to the respective shipping carrier.
