*We will send you a proof(s) for approval before we start carving.

**Due to the fact that we produce custom made, personalized products, we do not accept returns, exchanges or give refunds.
 
If you want to cancel an order, please contact us ASAP. A full refund will be issued as long as your sign has not been made. 
 
If you receive your sign, and we made a mistake please contact us immediately. If the mistake was made on our part, we will remake and send you a new sign, at no cost to you. If the mistake was made by you, the customer, you will have to purchase a new sign. We do not accept any returns. **
